Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ShowUs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA) and able to form a binding contract. If you use ShowUs on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant ShowUs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You represent you have the rights to everything you post.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- No spam, scraping, or attempts to break security or abuse the platform.
- No impersonation of other people or organizations.
- Marketplace listings must accurately describe what is offered and comply with applicable laws.
6. Marketplace & collaborations
ShowUs is a platform, not a party to transactions between users. We don't guarantee outcomes of collaborations or sales. Resolve disputes directly with the other party first; we may help mediate at our discretion.
7. Payments & fees
Paid features are billed via our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
9. Disclaimers
ShowUs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowUs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ShowUs against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ShowUs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
