Sponsor

The ShowUs Founding Member Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by ShowUs ("Sponsor"), operating at showuswhatyougot.com.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on the earlier of (a) the day before the public launch of ShowUs in-app checkout, or (b) when the Sponsor announces a closing date on this page. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

How to Enter

Visit showuswhatyougot.com/founding-members and submit the entry form with your name and email address. Optional bonus actions (tagging friends, sharing) are not required and do not affect your odds of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive a "Lifetime Founding Member" account with the following benefits, awarded as a non-transferable account credit:

• Pro and Business tier features at $0/month for the lifetime of the account.
• 3% transaction fee tier locked in for life once in-app checkout launches.
• Founding Member profile badge.
• Access to the private founder community.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: USD $588/year (based on the Business-tier rate of $49/month) plus the value of locked-in fee savings. Total ARV across all three prizes: approximately USD $1,764/year on a recurring basis.

Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within fourteen (14) days after the close of the Giveaway Period. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be selected.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.

Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor's privacy practices. Entry information is used solely to administer the Giveaway and, with your consent, to send you product updates from ShowUs. You may unsubscribe at any time.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise impossible to administer fairly.
